Free Return Request Form and Instructions

All footwear purchases made at Langstons.com after August 22, 2008 are eligible for one free return or exchange. To request a pre-paid UPS label for your qualifying purchase, please fill out and submit the form below. Once your request is verified, a pre-paid UPS label will be e-mailed to you at the address provided. All fields are required to process your request. See below for further details.

Once your request has been processed and you have received your pre-paid UPS label via e-mail, please follow the steps below to complete your return or exchange:

1. Complete the return form located on the back of the packing slip included with your original shipment. Be sure to include this form with your return merchandise. We can not process any returns or exchanges which do not include a completed return form. If you did not receive or no longer have a return form, please download it here. 2. Repack item(s) with original packing material if packing material is in good condition, if you are unable to do so please repack the item in some other protective packaging so as not to damage the originality of the box or the item enclosed.
3. PRINT AND APPLY THE BAR-CODED UPS SHIPPING LABEL PROVIDED FROM UPS TO YOUR RETURN PACKAGE. This is a prepaid label and must be used in order to avoid any additional shipping costs.
4. Present your package to any authorized UPS carrier or authorized UPS shipping outlet for delivery.

Please note: Only FOOTWEAR items purchased via the Langstons.com website after August 22, 2008 are eligible for this offer. Offer valid for ONE RETURN OR EXCHANGE PER FOOTWEAR PURCHASE only. Request for return label must be made within 30 days of the receipt of merchandise to qualify. Offer valid for purchases made online at the langstons.com website only.

This offer is only available with use of prepaid bar-coded UPS label provided by Langstons.com. This offer is not valid from international or APO addresses.
