CALCULATING SHIPPING TIME



Orders are processed in the order in which they are received and are usually processed and mailed out from our warehouse within 24 hours of your order, Monday through Friday.

However, arrival of your shipment can be affected by several factors: product availability, method of shipment selected and time of year the merchandise is shipped. Please see below for Details:


    Availability:


    If an item is temporarily out-of-stock, it will be placed on back order. We will update your order status with an estimate of when the item will ship. We will keep a record of your order, and you will be notified when it has been shipped. Please note that the estimate is made primarily from information given to us by the manufacturer and may not always be accurate. Most likely, the delay will be shorter than first indicated.


    Direct Shipments:


    Some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer as indicated on the item page. In the event that the item will be shipping from the manufacturer you will be notified via email normally within 24 hours of order placement that this is the case, and an expected ship time of 2 to 3 weeks is normal see customer service for details.


  • Method:


    Shipping and Delivery of packages takes place on normal Business Days Monday-Friday. The estimated time-in-transit for Ground shipping 4-7 full business days. 3 Day Select is estimated at 3 full business days. 2nd Day Air will arrive in two full business days once it leaves the Langston's warehouse(usually within 24 hours of your order). If items note on item page may be shipped directly from the manufacturer you will be notified via email within 24 hours if this is the case, please see this section above. Please note shipping time is calculated from the first full business day following pick up, be advised and place your orders accordingly.


    APO/Po Box/Alaska and Hawaii Addresses:


    Please note that all shipments to these addresses must be sent using the United States Postal Service. If you have requested express delivery to such an address, a comparable service offered by the USPS will be substituted for the UPS service. Shipping and Delivery of these packages takes place on normal Business Days Monday-Friday unless otherwise noted by your tracking information.


    Time of Year:


    Remember, weekends and holidays are not active shipping days, and due to volume demands, shipping typically slows down during the December holidays and around Mother's Day (May 10th). Please be advised and place your orders accordingly.


    Holiday Shipping:


    The dates listed below are UPS Shipping Holidays, no packages will be delivered or picked up from our warehouse on these days. Regular deliveries and pick ups will resume on the next business day Monday-Friday. Please be advised and place your orders accordingly.

    International Shipping:

Lastly, remember that shipping times are calculated from the time your merchandise leaves the Langston's warehouse. And orders are usually processed and mailed out from our warehouse within 24 hours of your order, Monday through Friday. As indicated above this would be delayed if an item was on back order, or if the order was placed over the weekend(after noon central time on Friday) or on a holiday. Please make your arrangements accordingly.

Return and Exchange Policy

Please fill out the Return and Exchange Form found on the back of the packing slip and include it with any return merchandise. If you do not have your packing slip, you may download the Return and Exchange Form by clicking the link above. A completed Return and Exchange Form must be included with your return package in order for it to be processed. Online purchases must be returned within 30 DAYS and other restrictions may apply please contact Langstons Customer Service for details.Also,please allow 2-4 weeks for processing.



Free Return or Exchange on Footwear Purchases: All footwear purchased made after August 22, 2008 are eligible for one free return or exchange. Please see our Free Returns page for more details or to request a return for your qualifying purchase.



Returns Made Within 30 Days of Delivery



Items may be returned at your discretion within 30 DAYS of receipt of merchandise. Merchandise returned more than 30 days after the date of delivery will not be eligible for a return. To qualify for a refund, merchandise must be returned in new, unused, and in good condition. The item/s must also have all original packaging/tagging and labels still located on the item/s, and any applicable accessories to ensure full credit. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for original price paid (excluding shipping charges). If original form of payment is unavailable, please note this at the bottom of the Return and Exchanges form so that we may contact you.


Exchanges Made Within 30 Days of Delivery



You may return any item in your order to us for exchange within 30 days of the delivery date. Merchandise returned more than 30 days after the date of delivery will not be eligible for exchange. To qualify for exchange, merchandise must be returned in new, unused, and in good condition. The item/s must also have all original packaging/tagging and labels still located on the item/s, and any applicable accessories to ensure full credit. If the total price of the items for exchange is different from the original purchase price, the difference will be applied to the original form of payment. If original form of payment is unavailable, please note this at the bottom of the Return and Exchanges form so that we may contact you.


Damaged Goods or Shipper Error



In order to serve you better, please have your order number available prior to contacting us at 800-658-2831 or via service@langstons.com.

Damaged Merchandise:
If shipment is damaged in transit save all cartons and/or wrapping, and please notify the delivering carrier and Langston’s immediately.

Defective Items:
Worn or used merchandise that is defective may be returned (subject to prior approval) for exchange or credit. Products that have failed as a result of normal fair wear and tear are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Shipment Error:
If the items you received are different from what you ordered, please have your order number and style number available and contact our customer service department within 7 days of delivery at service@langstons.com or 800-658-2831 to arrange for prepaid return service.

Requests made more than 7 days after receipt of merchandise will not qualify for prepaid return services. If, upon inspection, items returned via prepaid services are correct and in good condition, return shipping will be charged against the original form of payment.


Requesting Your Return or Exchange



To process your return or exchange, please review our Returns and Exchanges Policy above and complete the Return and Exchanges form. Once completed, be sure to include the form with your package. We can not process any returns without this form. DO NOT SEND FORM SEPARATELY. Repack item(s) with original packing material, if possible, and ship it to the address below. Please send your package, via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery. LANGSTON’S WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURN PACKAGE SENT C.O.D. MERCHANDISE THAT HAS BEEN ALTERED OR MONOGRAMMED IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE.



Any applicable refunds or additional payments as the result of this return or exchange will be issued in the original form of payment. If original form of payment is unavailable, please note this at the bottom of the Return and Exchanges form so that we may contact you.
