CALCULATING SHIPPING TIME

The arrival of your shipment is affected by three factors: product availability, method of shipment selected and time of year the merchandise is shipped.

  • Availability: If an item is temporarily out-of-stock, it will be placed on back order. We will update your order status with an estimate of when the item will ship. We will keep a record of your order, and you will be notified when it has been shipped. Please note that the estimate is made primarily from information given to us by the manufacturer and may not always be accurate. Most likely, the delay will be shorter than first indicated.
  • Method: The shipping method selected affects the time-in-transit of your package once it leaves the Langston's warehouse. Ground shipping time-in-transit is estimated at 4-7 full business days. 3 Day Select is estimated at 3 full business days. 2nd Day Air will arrive in two full business days once shipped.
  • Time of Year: Remember, weekends and holidays are not active shipping days, and due to volume demands, shipping typically slows down during the December holidays and around Mother's Day (May 10th). Please be advised and place your orders accordingly.
  • Direct Shipments: Some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer as indicated on the item page. In the event that the item is shipped from the manufacturer, an expected ship time of 2 to 3 weeks is normal.

Lastly, remember that shipping times are calculated from the time your merchandise leaves the Langston's warehouse. Orders are usually processed and mailed out from our warehouse within 24 hours of your order, Monday through Friday. This would be delayed if an item was on back order, or if the order was placed over the weekend (after noon central time on Friday) or on a holiday. Please make your arrangements accordingly.

Orders are processed in the order in which they are received.

APO AND PO BOX ADDRESSES
Please note that all shipments to PO Box numbers and APO addresses must be sent using the United States Postal Service. If you have requested express delivery to such an address, a comparable service offered by the USPS will be substituted for the UPS service.

Return and Exchange Policy

Please fill out the Return and Exchange Form found on the back of the packing slip and include it with any return merchandise. If you do not have your packing slip, you may download the Return and Exchange Form by clicking the link above. A completed Return and Exchange Form must be included with your return package in order for it to be processed. Please allow 2-4 weeks to process returns and exchanges.



Free Return or Exchange on Footwear Purchases: All footwear purchased made after August 22, 2008 are eligible for one free return or exchange. Please see our Free Returns page for more details or to request a return for your qualifying purchase.



Returns Made Within 30 Days of Delivery



Items may be returned at your discretion within 30 DAYS of receipt of merchandise. Merchandise returned more than 30 days after the date of delivery will not be eligible for a return. To qualify for a refund, merchandise must be returned in new condition with all original tags and labels on the garment. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for original price paid (excluding shipping charges). If original form of payment is unavailable for credit, please provide alternative credit card information at the bottom of the Return and Exchanges form.


Exchanges Made Within 30 Days of Delivery



You may return any item in your order to us for exchange within 30 days of the delivery date. Merchandise returned more than 30 days after the date of delivery will not be eligible for exchange. To qualify for exchange, merchandise must be returned in new condition with all original tags and labels on the garment. If the total price of the items for exchange is different from the original purchase price, the difference will be applied to the original form of payment. If original form of payment is unavailable, please provide alternative payment information at the bottom of the Return and Exchanges form.


Damaged Goods or Shipper Error



If the items you received have been damaged or have a different style number than those requested in your order, please contact our customer service department within 7 days of delivery at service@langstons.com or 800-658-2831 to arrange for prepaid return services. Requests made more than 7 days after receipt of merchandise will not qualify for prepaid return services. If, upon inspection, items returned via prepaid services are correct and in good condition, return shipping will be charged against the original form of payment.


Requesting Your Return or Exchange



To process your return or exchange, please review our Returns and Exchanges Policy above and complete the Return and Exchanges form. Once completed, be sure to include the form with your package. We can not process any returns without this form. DO NOT SEND FORM SEPARATELY. Repack item(s) with original packing material, if possible, and ship it to the address below. LANGSTON’S WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURN PACKAGE SENT C.O.D. MERCHANDISE THAT HAS BEEN ALTERED OR MONOGRAMMED IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE.



Any applicable refunds or additional payments as the result of this return or exchange will be issued in the original form of payment. If original form of payment is unavailable, please provide current credit card information at the bottom of the Return and Exchanges form.
