Return Shipment Label Request

We at Langstons.com appreciate your business and are happy provide a return shipping label for your order within 90 days of order receipt. 

The cost of these labels is $8.95, which is deducted from your request once received.

To request a Return label, please fill out and submit the form below indicating your order number, the style number(s) and quantity of the goods you wish to return.

For your convenience once your request is verified, the printable Return label will be e-mailed, and you would just follow the steps below to complete your return or exchange:

 

    1. Read and fill out the return exchange form that was enclosed inside the package completely and sign the form, as we cannot process any returns or exchanges without it. (This would be located on the back side of the packing slip, or you can print a new one here: https://sep.yimg.com/ty/cdn/langstons/return-form.pdf. If you print the form, make sure to include your order number).

 

    1. Make sure the items are in brand-new original condition exactly as you received it (clean, uncreased, unwashed and unworn with all original boxes/packaging and tags still attached to the merchandise).

 

    1. Repack item(s) and completed return form with original packing material if packing material is in good condition. Or if you are unable to do so, please repack the item in some other protective packaging so as not to damage the originality of the Manufacturer boxes/packaging or the items enclosed.

 

    1. PRINT AND APPLY THE BAR-CODED SHIPPING LABEL PROVIDED TO YOUR RETURN PACKAGE.

 

    1. Present your package to any authorized carrier or authorized shipping outlet for return.

 

Please note: Requests must be made within 90 days of order receipt. Return labels are single use and are issued by order number. Only items purchased via the Langstons.com website are eligible for this offer. And items from multiple orders would need to be requested separately.
