Shipping and Returns
In Stock Orders:
Please allow 24 hours for shipment or status information to be sent via e-mail once an order is placed. To ensure delivery of these e-mail updates, please add email@example.com to your approved contact list.
Current, out-of-stock items will be placed on back order. You will be updated with the estimated ship date and notified when the completed order has been charged and shipped. You will not be charged until your order is ready to ship.
We strive to keep our discontinued inventory information up-to-date. In the event your order contains a discontinued item that we cannot ship, you will be notified via e-mail and given the chance to select a new item, or cancel that item and not be charged.
Sometimes we can fulfill your order faster by having a manufacturer ship directly to you. We will notify you via e-mail within 24 hours if your item will be shipped directly. Please allow an additional 24 hours for shipment or status information from the manufacturer.
At this time we cannot accept orders for shipping outside of the United States and it's territories. Although we can ship to U.S. territories, we do require all credit cards to have a verifiable billing address in the United States.

Available Shipping Methods:
We ship using either the United States Postal Service or UPS. We select the carrier that will get your package to you as fast as possible. The cost is determined by your pre-tax order total, so please consult the following chart to estimate your shipping charge. The chart also includes the estimated shipping time from when a package leaves our warehouse. Please be aware, this estimate could be affected by weekends, holidays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

We are happy to offer Free Standard Shipping to all qualifying orders over $99. To qualify, your order must total at least $99 before taxes and have a deliverable address in the contiguous 48 States. Of course, we support our military personnel abroad, so we also offer Free Shipping Over $99 to all APO and FPO addresses.
Currently, APO and FPO addressees may use any method. And we also offer Upgraded or Express Shipping to the following states and territories: Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Canal Zone, Guam, Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and Virgin Islands. However, we cannot offer Standard Shipping to these states and territories.
Please consult the following table to see if USPS or UPS is closed on the selected holiday. This could affect package pickup from our warehouse, or transit times for packages that have already been shipped.
We are glad you chose Langston's, but if you are not 100% satisfied with items you ordered, we want to make your return or exchange as quick and painless as possible. Simply fill out the return and exchange form on your packing list included with your items, or print out a new one here:
We ask that the item be returned within 90 days of package delivery. The item must be brand new, unused or unwashed, with all tags and original packaging still attached and if applicable; packaging boxes and accessories. We cannot accept undergarments or items that have been modified in any way, such as: monograms, alterations, etc for return. Refunds are based on the original price paid, excluding shipping, which is not refundable.
Packaging Your Return or Exchange:
Please read and complete the return and exchange form, either on your original packing list, or print one above. Place the item(s) you wish to return in an adequate shipping package. You may ship the package to us using any carrier you wish, or contact us and we can create a pre-paid return shipping label for you at our standard shipping rate of $7.95.
